Victorian legends take the pitch once again

Hitting off at 4:45pm on Saturday 5th December at the ABN AMRO Hockey Champions Trophy will be the Legends Match featuring a mixture of previous Australian men’s hockey greats including gold medallists Travis Brooks, Stephen Mowlam, Matthew Wells and Troy Elder.

Four time Olympian Jay Stacy will be one to watch, as will fellow distinguished former Kookaburra and three-time Olympian - Lachlan Dreher.

Other former Kookaburras taking part in the Legends Match will be David Wansbrough, Craig Victory, Andrew Smith, Stuart Curruthers and Jim Irvine. Inaugural Hall of Fame member David Bell will also add to the mix of former Kookaburras.

Olympic gold medallist in shooting, Russel Mark will test his skill with a hockey stick, as will radio personality Jon Faine.
