Mens Training Update

Waverley HC is alive and kicking and our club atmosphere has been talked about in many circles. The hardest thing to do is to maintain and sustain this amazing vibe.
I am hoping that you, no matter what grade you are in, that you are doing the little things required to perform at your best. This primarily means doing the work away from the organised sessions, running and stretching when no-one is watching. Seek the opportunity in each day to benefit your preparation giving yourself the best chance for consistently high performances week in and week out.
Agenda will slowly begin to change as far as how training sessions are organised.
This will be the last week together as a whole group. Please take the opportunity to enjoy it and get amongst it during our fitness drills this week. (No sticks or balls this week.) Training singlet YES!!!!
All training unless advised otherwise will be at the Waverley HC. Fitness will continue out the back on the rugby oval over the next couple of weeks.

Tuesday 9th Feb 6pm for 6.15pm for those advised 7pm WHC
